Portland Office Hours:  9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Monday - Friday. We are closed to the public each Wednesday for staff meetings and other

Lewiston Consultation Hours: We provide a limited number of consultations by appointment only at the Lewiston Multipurpose Center. Please call us for an intake screening if you would like to arrange a Lewiston consultation appointment with an ILAP attorney.
