Get involved with us by volunteering! We have many opportunities for our volunteers to gain experience and build skills while helping Maine’s immigrant community. Pro Bono Panel
ILAP has over 70 lawyers on its Pro bono Panel. The Pro bono Panel handles asylum cases, defensive matters such as asylum or residency applications for those in removal proceedings and complicated family reunification cases.  ILAP's pro bono attorneys carry as much as 20% of ILAP's full representation client case load and donate thousands of hours of their time each year to ILAP’s clients.
